ABOUT JAS

A recognized leader in the fields of inter-cultural communication, and community engagement Jas's work has been all about equity and fostering meaningful relations. Jas's inner journey has led her on a path to self discovery, yoga, energy healing and personal growth. Her strong connection to meditation and prayer has allowed her to face many challenges with grace. Yoga has helped bring balance and healing to her life. Kundalini yoga, in particular, has helped her re-connect with the core essence of who she is. Through this experience of bliss, light and love, her compassion has continued to blossom even deeper as did the willingness to change and grow.

Everyone has the ability to design and live a life full of peace and a joy. She has learned that the secret to happiness and fulfilling relations is already inside each of us, the key is simply to learn the skills and then apply them. Now she is sharing these important lessons with her clients. Her coaching sessions will take you deeper into your healing journey, facing head on issues that are holding you back from reaching your highest potential and you will come away with a renewed sense of trust and well being.

Jas lives in Surrey with her two beautiful children. She has volunteered with a number of local charities including Surrey Libraries, Surrey Hospice Society, Surrey Food Bank, Soroptomists Surrey-Delta and Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation. She also supports families facing a terminal illness and provides counselling services to those grieving the loss of a loved one.

Jas has been an unwavering voice for our growing diverse community. She leads by example and has proven herself to be a very compassionate community advocate who leads with integrity and is dedicated to improving the lives of others through her seva/service.
